Suppose, you are “XYZ”. The annual sports day of your school has recently been held. You were one of the participants and got three prizes. Your friend “xxx/yyy” wants to know about the annual sports day.

I have received your email. I am very glad at your eagerness to know how we enjoyed the annual sports held our school. You’ll e glad to know that I won three prizes. And I am very happy to get the prizes.

A function was held just at 10:30 am, with a recitation from the Holy Quran. Our headteacher first read out the annual report dwelling on the gradual progress of the school. The chief guest delivered his speech. After all these the events of games started. I won the first prize in three events became the champion. The chief guest then gave away prizes and delivered a short speech. We enjoyed the whole programme very much.
