Dear sir,
It rained heavily for three days. The whole area has completely been
submerge. The recent rain caused water clogging in the area. As a result of it
the people in the area are suffering from the water clogging problem. The
drainage system is backdated. So it did not work well. Water can not flow
smoothly through the drain. The suffering of the people knows no bound. Now I
urge the authority concerned to take quick action ensuring proper drainage
system.
